First time homebuyer fair

Are you looking to buy a home for the first time? If so, we have an event that you may want to attend.

There will be a first time homebuyer fair on Saturday, April 5th from 9am until 2pm at the Richard Showers Center off Blue Spring Road.

Roundtable seminar

Local attorneys Angela Ary of Heard Ary, LLC and Rebecca Hill of Johnston, Moore & Thompson, will have a free roundtable seminar on current homeowners association issues. The event will be held at the Madison City Hall Council Chambers at 100 Hughes Road on March 1st at 6pm.

Also expected to be there are representatives from the lending, insurance, relator, building, legislative, professional management and appraisal fields.

Statewide Fire Alert

Effective 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 23, 2010, all 67 counties in the state of Alabama have been placed under a Fire Alert. The order was issued today by State Forester Linda S. Casey.
