Large fire damages Madison home | News

MADISON, AL (WAFF)- Emergency crews responded
to a house fire in the Mill Creek Crossing Community early Tuesday morning.

Neighbors saw the blaze
and called 911 just after midnight. When firefighters arrived at the scene,
they reported heavy smoke and flames showing.

It took crews more than
two hours to put the fire out. The house sustained heavy smoke and fire damage.

No one was injured, but
one man was displaced.

Investigators are working
to determine the cause of the fire.
