Judge upholds firing of Madison Police officer | News
MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF)-
Court documents state a Madison County judge upheld the firing of a Madison police officer arrested for drunk driving.
Efrem Adams fought the termination, claiming the city council never saw some of the evidence in the case.
The former officer was involved in a single car wreck back in 2012. Investigators said his blood alcohol level was .25.
The judge's order states the city council did not err in their findings and the case was dismissed.
