Pornography case going to grand jury | Crime

The case against a local band director's son is going to a Madison County grand jury. John Bradley Nash is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old girl. He's charged with possession of pornographic material involving a minor.

Madison Police say John Bradley Nash volunteered at Discovery Middle School where his father John V. Nash was band director.

Police say John V. Nash knew about his son's actions, but did not report him. The elder Nash is charged with failure to report child abuse. He has a bench trial scheduled for October 18th.
