For me the 4th of July is about one thing: FIREWORKS! Plain and simple. I mean, obluously it's about celebrating the birth of our nation. I am not in any way discounting that. I'm talking about the celebration part of the holiday.
And what better, more all American way is there to celebrate than with FIREWORKS?? They are pleasing to the eye (which is pleasing to the female demographic) and good and loud (pleasing to the male demographic) so everybody is happy. What more could you want?
But where to go see such a display in Huntsville this 4th?
There just so happen to be MANY places:
- US Space and Rocket Center: $20 per car
- Henagar Park: $2
- Huntsville Stars: $8 (regular admission)
- Dublin Park: Cost: Free
- Goose Pond Colony: Free
- Lake Guntersville: Free
- Point Mallard Park: Free
But you be asking what should you do during the day before the fireworks? That is a lot of time...
Before you say "there's nothing to do..." (which is simply a ridicous notion) let me give you some options. If you still want to say, there is nothing to do, then I say you are just too picky. Because there really is plenlty to do. You just have to know where to look. And I've done all the heavy lifting for you! I've gathered all the events up and put them into a list.
