Pie in the Sky Pizza opens April 25th | Business

Pie in the Sky Pizza in the new Madison Target Shopping Center on Hwy 72 will be opening April 25th.

They are a company that is originally based out of Nashville, TN.  But don't expect just pizza when coming to this new restaurant.

This place has several of our local breweries drinks including Blue Pants Brewery and Straight to Ale.  It's menu is full of different items from pasta dishes to wings.

One sample they had availble on their starter menu were their stuffed mushrooms.  It's a fried mushroom with chese, bacon and jalopenos served with ranch or chipotle ranch.

We also got to try their teriyaki chicken and shrimp.  They make this fresh everyday and you can definitely tell when you take a bite.

Some of the pizzas that were out were the Margherita Pizza, the White Pie, and the Philly Steak Pizza.  All were fantastic. 

The decor  was fresh and clean on the inside. It had big screen TV's everywhere you looked.  And with pizza and beer who doesn't want to watch some sports?

If you are looking to check out the new Target - stop by and grab a bite to eat.  The prices are resonable, and they have an new way to top your pizza if you are looking for something new.
