Sleep less, eat more: study

Madison Jazz prepares to perform in China!

Sunday afternoon I had the privilege and honor of watching "Madison Jazz" practice for their upcoming trip to China! Madison Jazz started in 2003 and is directed by Johnny Nash, who is also the director of the Discovery Middle school band.  Nash and the Discovery Middle School band earned two national titles in 2010 and will be defending their titles later this year.
